Elhokar Alive. The scene where beard, sah, noro and elhokar are killed in quick succession was the most emotionally powerful in the entire book, because kaladin truly felt those losses. Though he attempted to swear the first ideal of the knights radiant, presumably in an attempt to heal himself, he was then stabbed through the eye as well, all the while holding his son, and he was killed. There was only elhokar, the father. That plus his spren hanging around scared at the place of his death pretty much confirms he dead imo. He almost immediately from a character that i was meh.
